Let me know what city you are in & I can tell you where to pick one up (or just ask my wife Lily for a copy). Multiple locations include: Wahoo's, Peppino's, most Jamba Juice & Juice It Up's, Urban Thai, Max Muscle, Oggi's, Chapparosa Grill, Taco Mesa, Chronic Tacos, Bagels & Brew...to name a few.
