Deluxe Mobile Notary Service was founded with the mission to put absolute control of the signing process back into the mortgage company's hands. We meet our goal with every signing. We work hand in hand with our clients to provide a superior process to track signings from start to finish. We specialize in local and long distance and nationwide signings. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No extra charge on redraws due to notary error. No charge if the loan is rescinded by the borrower. Signings performed by qualified and experienced notary loan signing agents. We print all documents through email on high quality laser printers. It is our policy that the notary will leave with signed documents or until the signing is called off by the loan officer. We notarize refinances, purchases, 80/20s, HELOCs, commercials, grant deeds, power of attorneys and wills. We offer a free client/borrower marketing retention program where we send birthday and holiday cards to your borrowers on behalf of your company, not ours. We also carry a E&O policy of a half a million dollars.
