I've been busy lately with helping people reduce the time they are going to have to pay on their home. A great program, and they don't have to refinance, and it doesn't matter what kind of loan they have! It's really helping all of my clients that think they are losing equity in their home and they need to sell, and current clients will be using it and take the sting out of the prices, even though they are coming down, this makes it even better!
